Small interactions with other people, the things you do every day, and the thoughts you focus on define your life as much as the big decisions and events.
These seemingly ordinary days define your life and shape who you are becoming.
It's not realistic to believe that we can eliminate all distractions from our lives. Distractions will always be there. Our job is to understand the effect these distractions have on our lives.
Once you're aware of how you react to what's happening to you, you can choose to divert your attention and focus more on things that will positively impact your life.
