Imagine a world where you can manifest your dreams.

You dream it, and thus, it becomes a reality. Well, there’s good news; you can 110% make this happen. From manifesting love to manifesting your dream job, your dreams and goals becoming a reality all come down to the same thing: YOU.

It’s why some individuals pull out vision boards from years ago, only to realize they’ve managed to obtain everything they placed on it in some shape or form. It’s why individuals who have clearly stated their intentions and goals get what they want.

So, now is your time to manifest your dreams.

If you aren’t sure what your dreams are exactly, then now is also the time to start making decisions regarding things to manifest and going after them. Now, let’s really dig into this topic.

What is manifesting?

And what are some ways to manifest what you want?

What is Manifesting?

Manifestation itself refers to the ability to think or dream something into reality through attraction and belief.

Yet, there’s more to it than that.

Undeniably, some form of action needs to occur. Yet, this action happens when you believe. Thus, manifestation is truly the foundation to getting what you want out of life.

Basically, manifestation is built on the idea that you control your thoughts, and your thoughts control what you do.

When you truly believe you can become that high-level executive, chances are, it’s going to happen eventually through your actions. So, how can you start?

5 Step-By-Step to Manifesting Techniques

Let’s break this down. What exact steps do you need to take to manifest the life, career, or love you want?

Step 1: Get Clear About Your Goals.

  • What exactly do you want?
  • And is it actually what YOU want?

These dreams and goals can’t be anyone else’s. They must be yours, so that you own it.

In one manifesting techniques example, say you want to meet your soulmate.

What qualities does this person have? The more clear and concise you can get on your “ideal” soulmate’s qualities, values, and characteristics, the better and the more likely it’ll become a reality.

For getting that career you want, define what it is and create a timeline, as well as what you need to do to achieve it.

For goals, it can help to use the S.M.A.R.T. method to really nail down what you want and what you need to get there. Within this method, each goal is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. It makes it more likely you’ll achieve it.

Overall, this stage is about setting your intention and making it ultra-clear so that you can easily recognize it and make it happen.

Step 2: Write It Down.

The mind loves repetition. As Earl Nightingale once said,

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.”

Write down your intentions and goals often. Every day, if possible. Or place your intentions and goals on sticky notes on your mirror, your fridge, and anywhere else that you will view it frequently.

Step 3: Take Action.

This action doesn’t necessarily have to be complicated.

It can be as simple as taking steps toward becoming the person that you need to be for these goals to become a reality.

For instance, perhaps you want to meet your soulmate. You imagine yourself as confident, but maybe you aren’t as confident as you would like to be right now. Thus, you can find ways to boost your confidence, such as being more kind to yourself and celebrating every small win.

Step 4: Let Go of Limiting Beliefs.

We’ve all got them. And that tiny and negative voice in the back of our minds can stand up loud and proud at certain moments.

Yet, you can challenge it. Combat your negative beliefs and thoughts with contradictory beliefs and thoughts. Another one of the great manifesting techniques is to, again, write it down.

Make one column stating your limiting beliefs and another column where you challenge them.

Are your limiting beliefs your reality? Most often, they aren’t!

Step 5: Make a Conscious Choice Every Single Day.

Making your dreams a reality means making the choice to do so each day.

Yes, some days will be tougher than others. But making that decision each day propels you that much closer to what you want.

And when the going gets tough, you can always turn to manifestation books, creating vision boards, journaling, and more to help solidify in your mind what you want and what you’re going after.

It all comes down to setting your intention and taking steps toward it.

But first, it starts with that intention and clearly stating it. Arguably, this is the most important part. Don’t rush through this step. Take your time. When you do, you’ll eventually step into a life you want and have always dreamed of.

I want to get rid of my cancer, but I really do not think that manifesting is going to get me there. It will help me, but it will not get rid of my cancer.

    • Sarah @ Daily Motivation says:

Hi Cecil. Manifesting is not going to replace medical treatment and advice from a health professional. You can certainly use it to manifest positive thoughts, to believe in a healthy outcome and that you will get through what must be a scary and difficult time, to keep you focused on staying strong and healthy as much as possible, and surround yourself with positive, helpful people and situations, but no, you should not depend on it to cure serious medical issues.

Thank you for your daily motivations. It is very helpful for me and helps me to stay positive.

  • Cecil says:

Well one of the things in the article:
"Manifestation itself refers to the ability to think or dream something into reality through attraction and belief".

To often you are told just manifest and if you do not get what you want it is because you did not manifest good enough.
This is of-course humbug. As I say: you cannot blame the people that died in the twin towers. Things happened beyond their control.

But luckily it at least says that you need to take action. To often that is not mentioned at all.

    • Sarah @ Daily Motivation says:

You're right Cecil, sometimes manifestation is presented as a kind of magic, but really, it is the power of positive thinking. The more positive and focused you are, the more likely you are to succeed. But as you say, you still have to take action towards your goals. If you sit at home all day and think positively about being more physically fit, for example, but don't start moving your body and exercising, you're not going to reach your goal, no matter how much you want it.

  • Elaine says:

Thank your today's motivation.i really need the motivation.ive been so full of stress lately and today I receive this inspiration.

    • Sarah @ Daily Motivation says:

We're so happy to hear it Elaine. Hopefully it's the inspiration you need to help you work on whatever is stressing you. 🙂
